Welcome To Our Bracknell Care Home

You’ll find Bracknell Care Home has a small and friendly environment, situated in a pleasant residential area of Easthampstead. We are close by to local shops and public transport, making us easily accessible for visitors to pop-in for a chat.

Our Care team offers residential care for people who need a little help with daily tasks, and nursing care for those with complex medical needs. We also provide respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break.

We run a busy activities programme to make sure residents get the most out of every day, including visiting entertainers, baking, gardening and days out.

Our home has a beautiful garden which our residents love to explore, and particularly like to relax on our patio area, taking in the fresh air.

Residential Care

Prices from £1320pw

Nursing Care

Prices from £1320pw

We provide care for those who are publicly funded as well as those paying for their own care, our weekly fees are broken down by the main care types we offer.

Nursing care – Any contribution by the NHS for nursing care is paid directly to the care home and not included in these indicative prices

Twenty-four hour care and support services within the homes which reflect your needs and wants and wishes and include:

  • On-going care reviews
  • Nursing Care – for higher level dependency nursing
  • Personal Care – such as help with dressing, eating, bathing and mobility, provided by a carer

Accommodation that includes:

  • Your bedroom and access to all facilities
  • All your meals (including any reasonable dietary requirements), drinks and snacks
  • Laundry (excluding dry cleaning)
  • Domestic cleaning services
  • Utilities such as WiFi, lighting, heating and hot water (excluding telephone calls)
  • Furniture for your room and maintenance of communal furniture, fixtures and fittings in the Home

Our Care

Nursing Care

For people with an on-going medical condition. This is similar to residential care but with the addition of 24-hour support from a team of qualified nurses.

Residential Care

Residential support is for people who need a little help with day to day living such as washing, dressing, eating and taking their regular medication.

Respite Care

Be our guest...for a short stay, respite, a holiday or to experience our care before moving in permanently.

 

Palliative & End Of Life Care

This is specialist support for people with a life-limiting illness to relieve their symptoms and make them as comfortable as possible. We understand that this can be a sensitive time and teams offer compassionate support, providing advice or an opportunity to talk.

 

Mental Health

We empower our residents take better control of their lives by being physically active, building relationships in their community through hobbies and interests and in some cases, gaining voluntary work or employment and learning new skills. 

Learning Disabilities

Our learning disability communities support individuals to lead independent lives through empowering environments, understanding teams and holistic care plans.

Inspections are carried out at intervals determined by the inspectorate and homes are provided with a report, a rating and usually also some recommendations to help develop or improve the service. Any recommendations are acted upon promptly. No matter what the rating, it’s well worth having a chat with our team to get the latest on every aspect of our care and service.
